Is this Runescape? looking real promising. let me know of one commercial grade MMORPG that uses Java or Python. |

Java also isn't a bad language, it's just horrible when used on it's own. Properly optomized Java is still fast on a modern PC. Face it, you're running out of legs to stand on timberwolve. Soon you'll have nothing. |

Not sure why I am saying it? Because they blatently lied about it years back , announcing they had a third party "publisher" Aventurine. Which is obviously complete BS. So if they lied about that , what else have they lied about up to this point just to string fools along. Nothing to stand on? lol. I just grew a third leg. =) Even if by some miracle they actually do have a closed public beta , it will be SoG all over again after people actually see what they have behind closed doors and compare it to what they've been touting to have all these years. They are in an unending development spiral which is usually the beginning of the end. They started SO LONG AGO that there are so many things outdated. So things that might have been finished years ago, like the engine for example, needs changes now, and so it goes and goes and goes and goes. It's pretty obvious at this point that they need someone that can come in and set realistic goals for the game. Just looking at the feature set they can chop a lot out of it just to get the game out and then work on those things they had to leave out later. Trying to put out a game with a HUGE feature set like they are trying to do is just a disaster waiting to happen. Especially when you don't have the team to do it with. the quality of this game is going to be in shambles if it ever makes it to release based on what they are doing. |

They merged, and in that sense, yes Aventurine is Razorwax. Even so, what difference does it make? Given we've heard little from Aventurine about publishers, it seems they've decided to go ahead and self-publish the game. Summer beta doesn't mean "omg first day of summer = beta" it means they will have a beta sometime during, or soon after, summer. Which, judging from all the updates, seems very likely, much more likely than any previous estimations. All the rest is basically unfounded ramblings that have no basis in facts outside of your own misguided opinions. You're running out of material timberwolve, and it's a shame. I'll leave you now to your musings. |

Wow, you're even more retarded than I previously thought. Ever think they might need Java for their loads of in-game message boards or in-game browser? No, of course you didn't because you really don't know a damn thing about Darkfall. |
