What kind of gamer are you going to be in Darkfall? Are you going to kill every person you see or are you going ot make your own business and craft?

I'm the kind of player that can't be pigeon-holed into PVP/PVE/RP/Crafter-farmer, and so should everyone who will play DF. I don't know how many people I've seen get into arguments over what kind of game DF is. What it comes down to is that everyone is right AND wrong. PvPer's will like this game, but that doesn't mean that PvPer will be the only one's playing, or the only one's who should play. From the perspective of me as a player, there will be no difference between other players and other NPCs except the following: Can I kill it? Does it have anything I need? Who will it piss off if I attack it? If I don't kill it, will it try to kill me? And judging by what I've seen of the game structure, you can throw in: Do I want to be known as someone who kills those things? Also, just because I can win doesn't mean I will fight. If I want that, I'll play a non-OL FPS and get my rocks off that way. There's no point in playing any rpg with the attitude "Because I can". That's the biggest threat to any mmo that allows PvP combat, and its probably the only thing that can kill the entire genre.

Role Playing Game. Look it up.
